Great points, even the most successful people need a leader, sometimes a religious leader, like Christ, Buddha, etc. Lately I have been reading more than before, but in the last 10yrs I have invested in my self-development (book, audio, seminars, videos, etc) about 3% my annual income, what it's better is my return, which has been close 10% annual ROI in direct income, plus my ROI on my other investments. I see people complaining about no getting raises at work, also that the price of a book, or seminar is "too expensive", my answer is "wait to see how much expensive will be the price you will pay for ignorance"
